When you add a plant to your garden, Florio automatically suggests a watering schedule based on the plant type. You can customize the frequency in the plant detail screen. Make sure notifications are enabled in your device settings.
Yes, Florio is free to download and use. All core features including watering reminders, plant tracking, and care guides are available at no cost.
You can delete your account from the Settings screen in the app. Alternatively, email us at Info@florioapp.com and we'll process your request within 30 days.
We collect only what's needed to provide the service: your account info, plant collection, and care history. We don't sell your data. Read our full Privacy Policy for details.
Make sure notifications are enabled for Florio in your device's Settings app. On iOS, go to Settings > Notifications > Florio. On Android, go to Settings > Apps > Florio > Notifications. If the issue persists, try signing out and back in.
